A tiring day!!! And a great holiday!!!

Today was the day of Regional Athletics. It was a 6 hour drive with stops to Morwell. I'll get on to the athletics now, my first event was on at 10:30 it was hurdles i waited for so long!!!:-) Then finally my event came, the gun went off i couldn't believe i was in front then you wouldn't believe what happened i tripped on the last hurdle 'cause the tracks were authentic i fell and grazed heaps skin of my knee it was so agonising and stung really bad, i could see all the kids and parents from my school looked so disappointed, my sports teacher came rushing over i was in tears in hurt so much i still had the 100m and the relay i said i wanted to run in the 100m so i went over and tried. My race came up, the gun went off i was going pretty well at the start but that's when my knee started to hurt so not purposely i slowed down i was really disappointed i really thought i could get through i guess its because of the knee i couldn't bend it. So that was today i also got a t-shirt which is pretty kool here it is:

If you cant see it it says Forsyth Region Athletics Joe Carmody Athletics Track Moe/ Newborough Sports Centre it also has a little symbol at the top that says VPSSA which means Victoria Primary Schools Sport Association.

Ill get on to some holiday news i had an absolutely great holidays! As you know i went to Canberra for the holidays, my uncle and Aunty decided to go to Sydney to see my Great Gran and Pa. So we went on a 3 hour trip to Sydney the first night we went to the big shopping centre so that was awesome there were so many great shops!!! The next day we decided to go to Circular Quay and just have a look around we went down on the train while we were there we saw a lady get into a box which was interesting:-) We also walked up to the Opera House and took heaps of photos and videos of the Sydney Harbour Bridge ( i will add them when i get them from my uncle). The next day was huge we went to Luna Park first and had a blast we rode the Roller Coaster first, we rode it about 3 times before going onto other rides after that we rode the fairy down to Darling Harbour we planned to go to the aquarium but the line was out the door and didn't seem to be going down so we decided to go to Imax and we saw a really boring movie called 'Grand Canyon' it was about water conservation but i still enjoyed it because of the experience the theatre was like 8 story's high and the screen was massive!!!! So i had a pretty great holidays, while i was doing that my family went to the Truck Show in Bega read about that here 'Naomi's Blog'.
